Fibromyalgia And Caring Friends

Hello, my name is Margaret, and I am just one of many that suffer from FMS ( Fibromyalgia Syndrome. ) My story is much like many others that you may have seen on the Net. I had always thought of myself as a Night person but, when I found that I was up all night for two and three nights or more without any sleep at all, I knew I had a problem! My inability to fall asleep became for me, very scary. When I am able to fall asleep, I have frequent awakenings, at best It's very unrefreshing sleep. I have an extreme sensitivity to bright lights at times.
